Oral communications from the audience CONSENT CALENDAR--All matters listed under the CONSENT CALENDAR are considered routine by the Agency and may be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless, before the Redevelopment Agency votes on the motion to adopt, Members of the Redevelopment Agency, staff or the public request specific items be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate action. 2. Appraise Fox Theater commercial property to determine feasibility of acquisition to eliminate blight and encourage private development - 3801 Mission Inn Avenue DISCUSSION CALENDAR-This portion of the Redevelopment Agency's Agenda is for all matters where Staff and public participation is anticipated and for any items removed from the Consent Calendar requested by the Redevelopment Agency and the public at the beginning of the Redevelopment Agency meeting.
