You are hereby advised of this illegal government action and are directed to take the appropriate and necessary actions to bring an end to these actions immediately. I have also given notice to the City and County of Riverside, City Council and Board of Supervisor's, respectively. This condition has existed for the past 10 years locally here in Riverside since 1993, which endanger the Health, Safety and Wellbeing ofloca1 residents. The actions on the part of Riverside City and County Public Officials for ignoring and failing to safeguard the public amounts to crirnina1 acts in violation of state and federal laws.
