Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside approving a tax - exempt bond financing to be <br />issued by the California Statewide Communities Development Authority in an aggregate principal <br />amount not to exceed $40,000,000 for the purpose of financing and /or refinancing the costs of <br />acquisition of a student housing development and construction of certain educational facilities and <br />related matters, for the benefit of California Baptist University, Lancer Educational Housing Corporation <br />and certain affiliates - Waive further reading (Ward 5) <br />3. Public Comment Period - This is the portion of the meeting specifically set aside to invite your <br />comments regarding any matters within the jurisdiction of the City Council /Housing <br />Authority /Successor Agency to Redevelopment Agency - Individual audience participation is limited <br />to 3 minutes and you will be asked to state your name and city of residence.
