Chapter 13.20, entitled Pedestrian Mall, Table of Contents, of the Riverside <br />Municipal code, is amended in part as follows. <br />"Chapter 13.20 <br />PEDESTRIAN MALL <br />Sections: <br />13.20.000 Purpose. <br />13.20.010 Pedestrian Mall Boundaries. <br />13.20.020 Exceptions to vehicular traffic regulations. <br />13.20.025 Pedestrian Mall Manager defined. <br />13.20.030 Vehicular traffic defined. <br />13.20.040 Permits. <br />13.20.050 Emergency vehicles, service vehicles, public trams and licensed horse <br />drawn carriages allowed. <br />13.20.070 Special events." <br />Section 2. Section 13.20.000 entitled Purpose, of the Riverside Municipal Code is added <br />as follows: <br />"Section 13.20.000 Purpose. <br />Pursuant to a study conducted in connection with the then Downtown Riverside <br />Association, a pedestrian mall was established on July 6, 1965 pursuant to the Pedestrian <br />Mall Law of 1960, Part 1 of Division 13 of the Streets and Highways Code, for the benefit of <br />the businesses along the pedestrian mall." <br />Section 3. Section 13.20.010 entitled Mall established -- Boundaries of the Riverside <br />Municipal Code is amended in its entirety as follows: <br />"Section 13.20.010 Pedestrian Mall Boundaries. <br />A pedestrian mall is established along the following boundaries: <br />29 -1 <br />
