ART PICK COUNCIL CHAMBER CITY HALL 3900 MAIN STREET Roll Call Mayor Loveridge called the meeting to order at 3 p.m. with all Councilmembers present except Councilmembers Gardner, Bailey, and Davis. PUBLIC HEARINGS /PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEALS 2012 PENSION OBLIGATION REFUNDING BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES - RESOLUTION Hearing was called to consider the issuance of Taxable Pension Obligation Refunding Bond Anticipation Notes (BAN), 2012 Series A not -to- exceed $32.5 million to refund the BAN issued in 2011. No one spoke regarding the matter. The public hearing was officially closed. Following discussion, the City Council adopted a resolution authorizing the execution and delivery of the 2012 Pension Obligation Refunding Bond Anticipation Notes; whereupon, the title having been read and further reading waived, Resolution No. 22370 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California Authorizing the Issuance of City of Riverside Taxable Pension Obligation Refunding Bond Anticipation Notes 2012 Series A, Approving the Forms of and Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of a Sixth Supplemental Trust Agreement, an Escrow Deposit and Trust Agreement, an Official Statement, and a Purchase Contract, and Authorizing Other Matters Relating Thereto, was presented and adopted. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE There were no oral comments at this time. CLOSED SESSIONS The Housing Authority recessed to the City Council Board Room for a closed session pursuant to Government Code §54956.8 to instruct Housing Authority's Negotiator, Scott C. Barber, regarding price and terms of payment for the purchase, sale, exchange or lease of 3552 -3553 Lou Ella Lane, APNs: 211 - 162 -022; 211 - 191 -004 by California Bank & Trust; Ted Chien, Negotiator. The City Council recessed to the City Council Board Room for closed sessions pursuant to Government Code (1) §54956.9(a) to confer with and /or receive advice from legal counsel concerning Meadows Construction Services, Inc., v.
