RENEWED NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A GROUNDWATER MANAGEMENT <br /> PLAN FOR THE RIVERSIDE BASIN <br /> That the Board of Public Utilities: <br /> 1. Conduct the initial public hearing regarding the City of Riverside's renewed <br /> intent to draft a groundwater management plan (GWMP) for the Riverside <br /> Basin in accordance with the requirements of Water Code sections 10750 et. <br /> seq. and to receive public comment regarding the intention to draft the <br /> GWMP; and <br /> 2. Recommend that the City Council adopt a renewed resolution of intention to <br /> draft the GWMP for the Riverside Basin. <br /> (presentation by Kevin Milligan — 10 min plus public input) <br /> The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public. <br /> Upon request, this agenda will be made available in appropriate alternative formats to <br /> persons with disabilities, as required by Section 202 of the Americans with Disabilities Act <br /> of 1990.
