Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes. <br />2 PLANNING CASE P15 -0249: Proposed Certificate of Appropriateness request by <br />Rob Dodman, Ratkovich Properties, for the integration of Imperial Hardware's front <br />facade, a Structure of Merit in the Mission Inn Historic District, into a mixed -use <br />project consisting of 91 residential units, 8,841 SF of commercial space and 115 <br />garage parking spaces at 3744/3750, 3768 and 3776 Main Street, located on the <br />northeasterly corner of the intersection of University Avenue and Main Street <br />Pedestrian Mall in Downtown Specific Plan Raincross District, Cultural Resources <br />Overlay zone, in Ward #1. The Planning Division of the Community Development <br />Department has determined that this proposal is exempt from California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Sections 15331 and 15332 <br />as an in -fill project that is consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards <br />for the Treatment of Historic Propeties. The Planning Division of the Community Development <br />Department has determined that this proposal is exempt from California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15303 as the project <br />constitutes new construction.
