Barbara Bouska provided thestaff <br />report. Applicant,Michelle Booher provided further backgroundregarding <br />the project. Sheexpressed her disagreement withseveral items, <br />including: the complaint system, notification of designation, other <br />windows in the neighborhood, recording on title, and website <br />inconsistencies, etc. She had issues with the Hero Program and Wes <br />Campbell Construction. They were to pull permits. She requested more <br />time to resolve this issue and the conditions. She recommended better <br />notification of historic district residents. She also distributed a copy of <br />neighbor signatures who support her. Public Comments: Joe Vernon, <br />representing Wes Campbell Construction, stated hefeltbad for the <br />situation Ms. Booher was in. He also expressed he never said we would <br />pull permits. Hehasbeen contracting since 1984 and hasnever pulled <br />permits for windows only for structural itemsbecauseit has never been <br />required in the cities he’sworked in.
