The RFMC has been identified as an <br />eligible Historic Resource and is located at 8431 Diana Avenue in <br />Riverside, California. The approximately 3.14-acre project site is <br />located in the southeast portion of the CBU Riverside campus, <br />approximately 107 feet north of State Route 91. The site is located <br />within the CBU Specific Plan Mixed Use district, and is bounded <br />by academic facilities associated with CBU to the north, west, and <br />east, and Diana Avenue to the south. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2)Location: <br /> 8431 Diana Avenue in the southeast portion of the CBU Riverside <br />campus, approximately 107 feet north of State Route 91. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3)Applicant: <br /> Steve Smith, California Baptist University <br /> <br /> <br />4)Case Planner: <br /> Teri Delcamp, Historic Preservation Senior Planner <br /> (951) 826-2117 <br /> tdelcamp@riversideca.gov <br /> <br />III.
