EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION AWARDS <br /> (presentation by Dave Wright and Assistant General Managers Badgett, Milligan, <br /> Hariri, Kerr and Bacich - 5 min) <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> • Call Public Hearing to Order <br /> • Roll Call of Board of Public Utilities <br /> • Open Public Hearing and Review Rules of Conduct <br /> • Staff will present recommendations on the following item: <br /> B. PUBLIC HEARING - PROPOSED ADOPTION OF THE TEMPORARY <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ELECTRIC RATE SCHEDULE AND EXTENSION <br /> OF THE BUSINESS RETENTION ELECTRIC RATE SCHEDULE AGREEMENT <br /> DEADLINE <br /> That the Board of Public Utilities: <br /> 1. Conduct a public hearing to receive input on the proposed Schedule TED <br /> rate for qualifying new commercial and industrial customers and extending <br /> the Schedule BR agreement deadline as outlined in this report; <br /> 2. Adopt a resolution establishing the Electric Rate Schedule TED and the <br /> revised Electric Rate Schedule BR; and <br /> The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public. Upon <br /> request, this agenda will be made available in appropriate alternative formats to persons with <br /> disabilities, as required by Section 202 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Any person <br /> who requires a modification or accommodation in order to participate in a meeting, should direct <br /> such request to the City's ADA Coordinator at (951) 826-5427 or TDD at (951) 826-5439 at least <br /> 72 hours before the meeting, if possible. <br /> Agenda related writings or documents provided to the Board of Public Utilities are available for <br /> public inspection in a binder located in the lobby/meeting room while the Board of Public Utilities <br /> is in session. <br />
