Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes. <br />2 PLANNING CASE P15 -0416: Referral by the Historic Preservation Officer of a <br />Certificate of Appropriateness request by Kevin Rossow for an after - the -fact <br />four -foot chain link fence in the front yard at 4959 Brockton Avenue, located <br />southwesterly of the Brockton Avenue and Ramona Drive intersection in the Wood <br />Streets Neighborhood Conservation Area in the R -1- 7000 -CR — Single Family <br />Residential – Cultural Resources Overlay Zone, in Ward #1. It is recommended <br />that the Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal, as conditioned, is <br />categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review <br />pursuant to Section 15331 of the CEQA Guidelines. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board <br />determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to per Sections 15061(b)(3) and 15308 of the <br />CEQA Guidelines.
