Gaby Adame, Assistant Planner, <br />Motion <br />X <br />presented the staff report. BJ Ghuman, Go -Man Construction, <br />Second <br />X <br />addressed the Board. There were no comments from the audience. <br />All Ayes <br />Following discussion the Cultural Heritage Board: 1. Determined that <br />Planning Case P15 -0376 constitutes one new single family residence <br />that is consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the <br />Treatment of Historic Properties, which is categorically exempt from the <br />provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per <br />Sections 15303 and 15331 of the CEQA Guidelines, and 2. Approved <br />Planning Case P15 -0376 based on the findings outlined in the staff <br />report, subject to staff's recommended conditions, thereby issuing a <br />Certificate of Appropriateness for the project. <br />PLANNING CASE P15 -0570 — Certificate of Appropriateness — 5647 <br />Portola Way <br />Certificate of Appropriateness requested by Jimmy Espinoza of Inland <br />Investment Co., for a single story single family residence within the <br />Arlington Park/El Cajon Potential Historic District on the rear portion of <br />5650 Central Avenue, recently subdivided and proposed to be addressed <br />as 5647 Portola Way.
