RECOMMENDATION: <br />That the Cultural Heritage Board: <br />1. DETERMINE that Planning Case P14 -0416, as conditioned, is exempt from the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301 since the <br />project, as conditioned, constitutes an existing facility; and <br />2.
