PROJECT SUMMARY: <br />1) Proposal: Proposed Certificate of Appropriateness referred to the Cultural <br />Heritage Board by City Historic Preservation Officer for an after - <br />the -fact approval of a chain link fence on an approximately 6,300 <br />square foot residential lot in the Wood Streets Neighborhood <br />Conservation Area in the R -1 -7000 CR -- Single Family <br />Residential and Cultural Resources Overlay Zone. <br />2) Location: 4959 Brockton Avenue, situated southwesterly of the Brockton <br />Avenue and Ramona Drive intersection <br />3) Applicant: Kevin Rossow <br />4) Case Planner: Erin Gettis, City Historic Preservation Officer <br />(951) 826 -5463 <br />egettis@riversideca.gov <br />III. RECOMMENDATION: <br />That the Cultural Heritage Board: <br />1. DETERMINE that Planning Case P14 -0416, as conditioned, is exempt from the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301 since the <br />project, as conditioned, constitutes an existing facility; and <br />2. APPROVE Planning Case P14 -0416 based on the findings below, and subject to the <br />attached conditions, thereby issuing a Certificate of Appropriateness for the project: <br />CHB — Certificate of Appropriateness 1 of 6 P14 -0416 <br />
