Per the <br />terms of the Agreements, the Public Works Department will assign projects to consultants based on <br />their areas of expertise and current workload. The City retains the right to secure other professional <br />consultant services through Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Qualification (RFQ) <br />processes. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />There is no General Fund impact.
