Each industrial account- demand rate B (under <br />1000 Kilowatt Demand) 12~ per month to be increased 12~ <br />beginning each succeeding fiscal year until the sum of 60~ is <br />reached; <br /> <br /> e. Each industrial account-demand rate B (over <br /> <br />1000 Kilowatt Demand) 20~ per month to be increased 20~ beginning <br />each succeeding fiscal year until the sum of $1.00 is reached. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: Upon petition by the occupants of a proposed <br />street lighting area or upon motion by the City Council, the City <br />Council may initiate proceedings to determine whether or not the <br />public interest requires the establishment of a street lighting <br />zone to provide for street lights where no street lights exist <br />or to install new lights where inadequate lights by present <br />standards exist. Said initiation shall be by passage of a <br />resolution 'of intent. <br /> <br /> Not less than ten days prior to the date of hearing on <br /> <br />the resolution of intention, there shall be published one time <br />in a newspaper of general circulation, a notice containing <br />information concerning the resolution of intention and the <br />proposed hearing, at which time occupants may file protests. <br /> <br />In addition the Director of Public Utilities shall give notice <br /> proposed <br />by mail o£ the]adoption of the resolution of intention to the <br /> <br />person who signed for the electrical service at each address <br />within the proposed zone, served by an electrical meter. Fail- <br />ure to so notify shall in no way invalidate these proceedings or <br />the charges herein established. <br /> <br /> The notice shall contain a statement of the day, hour <br /> <br />and place where and when any and all persons having objection to <br />the proposed work may appear before the City Council and show <br />cause why the proposed work should not be carried out in accordance <br />with the resolution and why the charges should not be imposed. <br /> <br /> The City Council shall proceed to hear and pass upon all <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
