That said territory, the annexation of which to the City of Riverside is herein approved, is all that territory situate in tile County of Riverside, State of California, more particularly described as follows: That portion of Township 3 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, contained within the follow- ing described boundaries: Beginning at a point in the westerly line of Section 8, said Township and Range, North 0° 01' 34" West 448.60 feet from the southwest corner of said Section 8, as shown by Record of Survey on file in Book 48, pages 35 through 43 inclusive, of Records of Survey, Records of Riverside County,California; said point also being tile beginning of a non- tangent curve concave northeasterly and having a radius of 1,600.00 feet; the initial radial line of said curve bears South 43° 12' 23" West; Thence southeasterly and easterly along said curve an arc length of 1,227.96 feet through a central angle of 43° 58' 23" to the southerly line of said Section 8; Thence along the southerly lines of Sections 8, 9 and 10 of said township and range to the southwesterly right of way line of Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway; Thence North 19° 57' 55" West 4,856.81 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave northeasterly and having a radius of 2,964.93 feet; Thence northwesterly along said curve an arc length of 449.77 feet through a central angle of 8°41'30"; Thence North 11" 16' 25" West 303.79 feet to the southerly line of Section 3; Thence South 89" 35' 00" West along said southerly line 1,847.85 feet, more or less, to the southwesterly corner of said Section 3; Thence northerly along the westerly line of said Section 3 to a point which is 1,555.8 feet southerly of tile northwest corner of said Section 3; Thence westerly to a point in the north and south center line of tile Northwest quarter of Section 4 of said Township and Range, said point being 1,324.7 feet northerly, as measured at right angles from the southerly line of said Northwest quarter of Section 4; Thence southerly along said north and sough center line a distance of 1,324.7 feet to the southerly line of said Northwest quarter; -2-
