I <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> 4 <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> $ <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />!0 <br /> <br />Ii <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />IS <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />24 <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />27 <br /> <br />'2.8 <br /> <br />29 <br /> <br />30 <br /> <br />~2 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3652 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br /> APPROVING TIlE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED <br /> TERRITORY DESIGNATED "ANNEXATION NO. 35-SYCAMORE ' <br /> ANNEXATION NO. 1 (LAFC NO. 68-46-5) TO TIlE CITY OF <br /> OF RIVERSIDE... <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> WIIEREA$ on the 12th day of August, 1969, the City Council <br />of tile City of Riverside did pass and adopt Resolution No. 11317 <br />giving notice of the proposal to annex certain uninhabited <br />territory to the City of Riverside, said territory being therein <br />designated as "Annexation No. 35-Sycamore Annexation No. i"(LAFC <br />No. 68-46-5), said resolution describing the boundaries of the <br />territory proposed to be annexed; and <br /> <br /> WIlEREAS said Resolution No. 11317 did contain a notice of <br />the day, hour and place when and where the City Council of the <br />City of Riverside would hear protests made by any person owning <br />real property within the territory proposed to be annexed, the <br />time of said hearing being not less than forty nor more .than <br />sixty days from the date of passage of said resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS on the 23rd day of September, 1969, at the hour of <br />10:00 o'clock A.M. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of <br />the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, <br />said time and place being the day, hour and place fixed in said <br />Resolution No. 11317 for hearing protests to the said annexation, <br />the said City Council did hear and pass upon all protests made to <br />the proposed annexation and did determine that protests had not <br />been made by the owners of one-half of the value of privately-owned <br />territory proposed to be annexed as shown by the last equalized <br />assessment roll, nor by public owners of one-half of the value of <br />the publicly-owned territory proposed to be annexed as determined <br />by said legislative body; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS said territory is continguous to the City of River- <br /> <br /> <br />
