<br />l~iomutain View Avenue, the Agreement dated April 19th, 19~4, executed by Reseda Development Corp., by
<br />Julius G. Bark!n, President, ~ ~,~,~ Si!ver~_~_n, ~tary, guaranteeing the completion of the improve-
<br />ments of streets, curbs, gutters, double gutters, walkways, sanitm'y sewers and house co~mections,
<br />storm drains and the planting of ornamental trees and all other improvements as required by Ordinance
<br />No. 1~28, and ~nen~nents thereto, in Hillside Manor, a proposed new subdivision, be, and the same is
<br />hereby approved and accepted, subject to the filing of a Supplemental AgTeement for the installation
<br />
<br />of sidewalks on Hillside Avenue and Mountain View Avenue, in said subdivision.

<br /> It was moved by Comucilman Voris, seconded by Councilman Chamberlain, and duly carried,
<br />that Resolution No. 6168 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, accepting the
<br />Official ~.lap of Hillside Manor, consisting of two t~heets, being a subdivision of a portion of the
<br />northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section ~2, Township 2 South, Range D West, SBB~M, to-
<br />gether with the streets, walk~ays and easements as shown thereon, and authorizing the City Clerk to
<br />attest said Kmp, be, and the sa~ is hereby adopted.

<br />municipal corporation, for public street and public utility pm'poses, a portion of the northwest
<br />quarter of Section ~2, Township 2 South, Range ~ West, SBB&M, as shown by United States Government
<br />
<br />Survey, being more particula~-ly described in said Deed, be, and the s-me is hereby adopted.
