<br />Deed, dated December 22, 1953, aud December 24, 1953, executed by E. S. Evans and S. W. Evans, as
<br />Guardians of the Estate of Mary Southworth Evans, an incompetent person, conveying to the City of River-
<br />side, a nmnicipal corporation, certain real property located in the County of Riverside, State of
<br />
<br />C~lifornia, being more p~'ticularly described in said Deed, be, and the same is hereby adopted.

<br />that certain Lease, executed by Harold McDonald Davis and Marie June Davis, his wife, as lessors, and
<br />Melvin G. Lohuis and Kathryn L. Lohuis, his wife, as lessees, dated July iI, 1953, and recorded August 28
<br />1953, in Book 1~04, Page 240 Et. Seq., Official Records of Riverside County, California, be, and the same
<br />is hereby adopted.

<br />said Estate located near the Crestmore Bridge, and the acquisition of certain water rights and rights-of-
<br />way in and to the lands being purchased by the City of Riverside From Harold McDonald Davis and Marie June
<br />Davis, $~00.00 of said amount to be payable out of the Gas Tax Funds, for the acquisition of the land
<br />located near the Crestmore Bridge, the remaining $200.00 to be paid From the Water Fund, for the acquisi-
<br />
<br />tion of water rights and rights-of-way on the Davis Property.
