DESIGN REVIEW BOB~fD CASE DR-42-723 - 2379 PENNSYLVANIA - SIGNS FOR ST. PINCENT DE PAUL THRIFT CENTER A conm~unication was presented from the Design Revie~ Board ad-~ vising the City Council that, on September 12, 1973, the Board~ by a vote of 5 ayes to 0 noes, approved the sign plans for a building located at Fourteenth Street and Pennsylvania Avenue,l being 2379 Pennsylvania Avenue, for the St. Vincent da Paul Ehrift Center, Case DR-42-723, subject to certain conditions; whereupon, it was the determination that this matter not be reviewed by the City Counc~i. CASE DR-6-734 - 10292 BfRLINGTON- EUROSPORT IMPORT SERV. PLA~S A con~unication was presented from the Design Revie~ Board ad-; vising the City Council that, on September 12, 1973, the Board, by a vote of 5 ayes to 0 noes, approved the plans for Eurosport Import Service, Case DR-6-734, for an automobile service and parts sales building located at the southeast cor- ner of Arlington Avenue and Tyler Street, being 10292 Arling- ton Avenue, subject to certain conditions; whereupon, it was I the determination that this matter not be reviewed ~y the City Council. A~LLiNGTON - TACO BELL PL~S A communication was presented from the Design Review Board ad-~ vising the City Council that, on September 12, 1973, tbe Board by a vote of 5 ayes to 0 noes, approved the plans for Taco Bell, Case DR-11-734, for a drive-in restaurant located on the north side of Arlington Avenue between Streeter and Phoenix Avenues, subject to certain conditions; whereupon, it was the determination that this matter not be reviewed by tl~e City Council.
