Telephone Local Access Number (Verizon)- Calls within your <br /> calling area that generally do not generate a toll are local calls. <br /> Your calling area is defined by your local calling service plan. It is <br /> a number within the company's local calling area for which <br /> residents who use the number to call the company would not be <br /> charged. It is important to note that only those individuals who <br /> reside within the company's local calling area will not be charged <br /> for making the call because the local telephone access number is <br /> based on the location of the company, not the location of the caller. <br /> A caller who resides outside of the company's local calling area <br /> would be charged for making a call because to him/her the call <br /> would be considered a long distance call. The task force is <br /> referred to the geographic area as defined by the franchise <br /> agreement. <br /> v. Review of Franchise Agreement Schedule 1 to Exhibit E <br /> i. Section II <br /> a. Does the level of insurance required by Charter cover the <br /> entire production team? Reference Schedule I to Exhibit E: <br /> Section II: Number 7. <br /> ii. Section III <br /> a. Motion to make recommendation in f'mal report to amend <br /> the agreement to correct the address and area code. <br /> Schedule 1 to Exhibit E: Section III: Number 1 and <br /> Number 2.
