Minutes from June 24, '2004 moved to approve by Ms. Peach and seconded <br /> by Mr. Moore. <br /> <br />New Business <br />A. Defining Terms <br /> i. On page 30-49, Section B Terms Not Defmed states that" WoMs, <br /> terms, or phrases not defined above in paragraph (a) shall first have <br /> the meaning as defined in Chapter 5.56, and next in the Cable Act, <br /> and next the special meanings attributable to their use in any <br /> industry, business, trade, or profession where they cormnonly carry <br /> special meanings. If those meanings are not common, they will be <br /> defined as set forth in commonly used and accepted dictionaries of <br /> the English language." <br /> ii. State of the Art (Webster's Dictionary)- Tbe highest level of <br /> development, as of a device, technique, or science, achieved at a <br /> given time; <br /> iii. Toll Free (Federal Communications Colmnission)- Toll-free <br /> numbers are numbers that begin with one of the following three <br /> digit codes: 800, 888, 877, or 866. Toll-free numbers allow callers <br /> to reach businesses and/or individuals without being charged for the <br /> call. The charge for using a toll-free number is paid by the called <br /> party (toll-free subscriber) instead of the calling party. Toll-free <br /> numbers can be dialed directly to your business or personal <br /> <br /> <br />
