CITY COUNCIL <br />SUCCESSOR AGENCY <br />MINUTES <br />TUESDAY, JUNE 20, 2023, 1 P.M. <br />City f,Arts&,Innovation PUBLIC COMMENT IN PERSON/TELEPHONE <br />ART PICK COUNCIL CHAMBER <br />3900 MAIN STREET <br />HOMELESS SOLUTIONS UPDATE <br />There was no update on homeless solutions. <br />SUSTAINABILITY UPDATE <br />There was no update on sustainability. <br />LEGAL UPDATE <br />There was no legal update. <br />COUNCILMEMBERS DECLARATION OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST <br />Councilmember Fierro recused himself from the closed session item regarding the <br />purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of property located at 3737 Main Street, commonly <br />known as California Tower citing financial conflict of interest. <br />Councilmember Hemenway recused himself from the discussion item regarding Inland <br />Southern California United Way grant -funded Guaranteed Income Pilot Program citing <br />financial conflict of interest. <br />CEREMONIAL PRESENTATION <br />RIVERSIDE PROSPERS SUCCESS REPORT <br />Councilmember Perry recognized David Hahn with Habitat for Humanity. <br />PRESENTATION <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW AND EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION <br />Following discussion and without formal motion, the City Council received and ordered <br />filed a presentation of the Police Department overview and employee recognition. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />It was moved by Councilmember Hemenway and seconded by Councilmember Perry <br />to approve the Consent Calendar as presented affirming the actions appropriate to <br />each item with the exception of the (1) agreement amendment for management and <br />operations of the Riverside Convention and Visitors' Bureau and Riverside Sports <br />
