Keeps Casablanca keeps high Latino CVAP Ward
3. Maintains African American communities of interest (downtown/Eastside/Northside)
4. Includes all of North Side Specific Plan area in one ward
Sequencing Has at leas 3 Latino majority wards be numbered that fall on the presidential year election due
to higher voter turnout
Attached is our Map A4 map narrative that includes Communities of Interest.
Best, cc Mayor
Maribel Nunez, Inland Equity Partnership City Council
Gaby Mendez and Ana Gonzalez, CCAEJ City Manager
Beverly Arias City Attorney
ACMs
City Clerk
