The Public Hearing was closed. <br />Following discussion the Planning Commission: 1) Determined that the <br />proposed project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act <br />Motion <br />Second <br />X <br />X <br />(CEQA) pursuant to section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA <br />guidelines, as the project will not have a significant effect on the <br />environment; and 2) Approved Planning Case P17-0103 (Modification of <br />All Ayes <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />Conditions of Approval), based on the findings outlined in the staff report <br />and subject to the recommended conditions. <br />PLANNING CASE P18-0865 — Zoning Code Amendment, Title 19 of the <br />F <br />Riverside Municipal Code, Citywide <br />Proposal by the City of Riverside to consider an amendment to the Zoning <br />Code (Title 19 of the Riverside Municipal Code), involving Chapter 19.442 <br />— Accessory Dwelling Units; Section 19.15.020.B — Incidental Land Uses <br />Table; Section 19.580.050 Parking Requirements; and Chapter 19.910 - <br />Definitions. The proposed amendments are necessary to comply with <br />State law and apply to all City Wards. Doug Darnell, Senior Planner, <br />presented the staff report. There were no comments from the audience. <br />The Public Hearing was closed.
