Gilstrap <br />p <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the flag. <br />PLANNING/ZONING MATTERS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br />I <br />There were no oral comments at this time. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />PLANNING CASE P18-0742 <br />— Rezone, 2599 Field Lane, Ward 1 <br />F <br />Proposal by Boyd Bradshaw to consider a Zoning Code Amendment to <br />rezone a 0.96 -acre parcel, developed with a single family residence, from <br />PF — Public Facilities Zone to R-1-7000 — Single Family Residential Zone. <br />I <br />The project site is located at 2599 Field Lane, situated on the northwest <br />corner of Field Lane and Bubbling Well Road, in Ward 1. Danielle Harper- <br />F <br />Scott, Planning Technician, presented the staff report. Boyd Bradshaw <br />stated that he was in agreement with the recommended conditions. There <br />were no comments from the audience. The Public Hearing was closed.111 <br />Following discussion the Planning Commission recommended that the <br />Motion <br />X <br />City Council: 1) Determine that the proposed Rezoning is exempt from <br />Second <br />X <br />the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review <br />pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3), as it can be seen with certainty there is <br />no possibility the proposed Zoning Code Amendment will have a <br />significant effect on the environment; and 2) Approve Planning Case P18- <br />All Ayes <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />I <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />0742 (Zoning Code Amendment) based on the findings outlined in the <br />staff report and subject to the recommended conditions. <br />F <br />PLANNING CASE P17-0103 — Modification of Conditions of Approval, <br />I <br />2840 Hulen Place, Ward 1 <br />Proposal by Damien O'Farrell of Path of Life Ministries to consider <br />modification of conditions of approval related to Planning Cases PO4- <br />I <br />1083 (Conditional Use Permit) and P05-0605 (Revised Conditional Use <br />Permit), to modify operational characteristics of the Shelter. The 0.32 acre <br />site is located at 2840 Hulen Place, situated at the terminus of Hulen <br />F <br />Place, in the I -ES — General Industrial and Emergency Shelter Overlay <br />Zones, in Ward 1. Sean Kelleher, Associate Planner, presented the staff <br />report.
