Oral communications from the audience <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDARnAII matters listed under the CONSENT CALENDAR are considered routine by the <br />Agency and may be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of <br />these items unless, before the Redevelopment Agency votes on the motion to adopt, Members of the <br />Redevelopment Agency, staff or the public request specific items be removed from the Consent Calendar for <br />separate action. <br /> <br />2. Development Committee and staff recommend Option to Purchase Agreements with Mission District <br />Associates, LLC to formalize purchase option and establish purchase price and terms for Mission Inn <br />Annex on Sixth Street and the Main Street property on sely, corner of Fifth and Main Streets <br /> <br />3. Reimbursement of costs incurred to Spooner Properties, LLC for extension of electrical service to Agency <br />owned property in Riverside Marketplace - Supplemental appropriation <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION-- The Agency members may adjourn to the below listed Closed Session at their <br />convenience during this Redevelopment Agency meeting, <br /> <br />4. Pursuant to Government Code 954956.8 to instruct Agency's negotiators, Robert C. Wales and Michael J. <br />Beck, regarding price and terms of payment for the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of <br />APN's 231-250-008 and 016 by Group Eight, A California Limited Partnership; Atomic Investments, Inc.; <br />Leonard E.
