Wall Packing House as a City Landmark. <br />Second <br />X <br />All Ayes <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />Mr. Watson announced that the applicant was requesting continuance. <br />The Cultural Board continued Planning Case P18 -0578 to the meeting of <br />October 17, 2018, as requested. <br />PLANNING CASE P18 -0625 — Historic Designation — Walton's Cottage, <br />6240 Hawarden Drive, Ward 3 <br />Proposed historic designation by Jason DeAnda to designate the Walton's <br />Cottage as a City Structure of Merit. Scott Watson, Assistant Planner, <br />presented the staff report. Jason DeAnda, applicant, stated that he was <br />available for questions. There were no public comments. Following the <br />discussion the Cultural Heritage Board recommended that the City <br />Council: 1. Determine that Planning Case P18 -0625, City Structure of <br />Merit Designation, is categorically exempt from the California <br />Motion <br />X <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Sections 15061(b)(3) and 15308 of <br />Second <br />X <br />the CEQA Guidelines as it can be seen with certainty that there is no <br />All Ayes <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />possibility that the activity will have a significant effect on the environment, <br />said action is intended to preserve the historic character of the building <br />and site, and to provide notice of the historic status; and 2.
