Scott <br />F <br />Watson, Assistant Planner, presented the staff report. Emilio Ramirez, <br />representing the Housing Authority, stated that he would be available for <br />F <br />questions. Comments from the audience: Nanci Larsen and Nancy Cox <br />spoke in opposition of the project. Following the discussion the Cultural <br />Heritage Board rejected staff's findings and recommendation, thereby <br />F <br />denying the Certificate of Appropriateness. <br />X <br />Board Member Preston - Chavez arrived at this time. <br />Chair member Lech read into the record that Board Member Carter <br />Motion <br />I <br />X <br />mistakenly voted no, vote to be reflected as unanimous yes. <br />Second <br />X <br />All Ayes <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />PLANNING CASE <br />P18 -0508 — Historic Designation — Bigelow's <br />Bungalow, 4625 Glenwood Drive, Ward 1 <br />1 <br />Proposed historic designation by Laurel Hampton and Frank Rojas to <br />designate the Bigelow's Bungalow as a City Landmark. Scott Watson, <br />Assistant Planner, presented the staff report. There were no public <br />comments. Following the discussion the Cultural Heritage Board <br />Motion <br />X <br />recommended that the City Council : 1.
