0 Adjourned regular meeting of the Mayor.and Common Council of the City of Riverside held on Monday, June 22, 19140 at 9:15 o'clock A.11. Present: Councilman Strickler, presiding; Councilmen Brown, Morse and Zim- merman; Clerk Cree. The minutes of the meeting of June 16, 1914, were read and approved. Layor Ford enters during -the reading of the minutes, Mr. X. F. Warne, engineer in the employ of the Union Oil Company of Cali- fornia, was present and submitted plans of proposed oil storage and distribution station to be erected on Twelfth Street between the Southern Pacific and Santa Fe spur tracks. The Building inspector reporting that the plans above referred to met with his approval, upon motion of Councilman Strickler, seconded by Councilman Zimmer- man, the said plans were approved. This being the time fixed by law for the canvass of the vote cast by the electors of the City of Riverside at that certain special election held on Thurs- day, the eigli teen th day of June, 1914, called for the purpose of submitting; three propositions With reference to the Depreciation Sinking Fund of the Electric and Water Departments, it was moved by Councilman Strickler, seconded by Councilman Brown, that Councilmen Zimmerman and Morse be appointed tellers to assist the Clerk in the canvass of the vote cast at said election. The motion carried..
