WHEREAS the Board concurs with the Department's recommendation and concludes that the recommended revised Schedule CS should be established; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public Utilities of the City of Riverside, California, as follows: Section 1: The foregoing recitals are true and correct and are adopted and incorporated herein by reference as findings of fact of this Board. Section 2: On the basis of the evidence submitted by the Department of Public Utilities during the Board's public hearing, the Board hereby finds and determines that the establishment of the revised Electric Rate Schedule CS, Contract Service, is for the purpose of meeting the City of Riverside's revenue requirements for electricity generation, transmission, and distribution services, and is not for the purpose of obtaining funds for capital projects for expansion of the electric utility system, and the Board further finds and determines that the establishment of this revised Schedule ('S is exempt from the provisionq r+f •I- Resour owfflww_ ,, pursuani,io .7CGUUJI I I.Va t0) Vi t¢n a.uy Idsluz%%JA V---- —1-1 »r- _ f City Council of the City of Riverside. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of this Board shall forthwith deliver to the City Clerk for City Council review and approval this Resolution and the Exhibit A attached hereto.
