Karen Wright spoke <br />regarding the Riverside Auto Hauler, Pellissier Ranch development, a <br />medical marijuana workshop, and the Agricultural Park. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />LEGISLATIVE REPORT <br />The Intergovernmental relations and legislative update was not held. <br />WORKSHOP <br />PUBLIC UTILITIES ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL IMPACT ANALYSIS <br />REPORT <br />Following discussion and without formal motion, the City Council received <br />and ordered filed the Riverside Public Utilities Economic and Social Impact <br />Analysis Report and presentation as prepared and presented by the <br />University of California Riverside Forecast, LLC. <br />RIVERSIDE PUBLIC UTILITIES STRATEGIC PLAN UPDATE 2017-2021 <br />Motion <br />X <br />Following discussion, the City Council received and ordered filed the update <br />Second <br />X <br />on the Public Utilities 2.0 Strategic Plan 2017-2021. <br />All Ayes <br />OVERVIEW OF UTILITY FINANCIAL OPERATIONS FOR BOARDS AND <br />COUNCILS <br />Following discussion and without formal motion, the City Council received <br />and ordered filed a presentation by Utility Financial Solutions, LLC, providing <br />an overview of Utility Financial Operations for Boards and Councils. <br />CLOSED SESSIONS <br />The City Council recessed to the City Council Board Room for closed <br />sessions pursuant to Government Code (1) §54956.9(d)(2) to confer with <br />and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning one case of anticipated <br />litigation; and (2) §54956.9(d)(4) to confer with and/or receive advice from <br />legal counsel concerning one case of anticipated litigation. <br />102-245 <br />
