CITY OF RIVERSIDE <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />November 23, 1999 <br /> <br />ZONING CASE MP-002-990 - APPEAL - SELY. OF COLUMBIA/GAGE <br />CANAL - HUNTER BUSINESS PARK <br />3 P.M.--Hearing was called on the appeal of Jim Guthrie from the decision of the <br />Planning Commission in approving, except as modified by conditions, his proposal <br />for an industrial plot plan for the construction of two buildings, each 12,397 square <br />feet in size, on approximately 1.9 vacant acres located southeasterly of the <br />intersection of Columbia Avenue and the Gage Canal, on Lot 10 of PM-29161 within <br />the Hunter Business Park Specific Plan, in Zones MP-SP, with the City Council to <br />also consider the determination by the Planning Commission that the proposed <br />project will not have a significant effect on the environment and that a Mitigated <br />Negative Declaration be adopted. Mr. Guthrie spoke regarding the project. No <br />protests, written or oral, were presented. Following discussion, the public hearing <br />was officially closed.
