CITY OF RIVERSIDE CITY COUNCIL November 16, 1999 the purchase of four new ARGUS (collections management system) computer workstations for the Museum. LIPGRADE MUSEUM ATTENDANT POSITION - SUPPL. APPROPRIATION The City Council approved the transfer of not more than $3,363 from Museum Trust Fund Account 0000721-225210 to Salaries-Temporary and Part-Time Account 101- 5300000-411110 to cover the cost of upgrading one Museum Attendant position to half-time with ½ benefits. ENERGY AUDITS FOR ENERGY MANAGEMENT TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The City Council approved issuance of the Request for Proposals (RFPs) from consultant firms to conduct energy audits for the Public Utilities Department's Energy Management Technical Assistance Program. CONTRACTOR'S PANEL TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO ELECTRIC DIVISION The City Council approved the Contractor's Panel comprised of Herman Weissker, Inc., Innovative Electric, Perry C. Thomas Construction, Inc., and SLM Construction to provide contract services to the Public Utilities Department, Electric Division, for projects estimated to cost less than $25,000. REVISION TO ELECTRIC RATE SCHEDULE CS, CONTRACT SERVICE - RESOLUTION The City Council adopted a resolution approving the revised Electric Rate Schedule CS, Contract Service, to allow more customers to qualify for this rate; whereupon, Resolution No. 19594 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, Approving the Revised Electric Rate Schedule CS, Contract Service, Established by the Board of Public Utilities, was presented and adopted. "SHARE" UTILITY BILL ASSISTANCE - DECEMBER 1999 UTILITY BILL STUFFER The City Council approved distribution of a utility bill stuffer in the December 1999 billing cycle, or in the next available billing cycle if delayed due to scheduling changes, informing customers of the SHARE (Shanng Households Assist Riverside's Energy) program that provides low-income City residents with utility bill assistance supported by direct customer contributions and funds allocated from the Low-Income Assistance Public Benefits Program. MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL APPOINTMENT TO MAYOR'S COMMISSION ON AGING The City Council received and filed Mayor Loveridge's report of his appointment of Mildred Tyler to fill the vacancy on the Mayor' s Commission on Aging.
