CITY OF RIVERSIDE <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />November 9, 1999 <br /> <br />ANNEXATION NO. 84 - JOBE/GLESS - NORTH SIDE OF VAN BUREN <br />BETWEEN COYOTE BUSH AND BARTON - RESOLUTION - ORD. INTRO. <br />The City Council (1) adopted a resolution ordering Annexation No. 84--Jobe/Gless, <br />which includes approximately 37 acres of vacant land situated on the north side of <br />Van Buren Boulevard between Coyote Bush Road and Barton Street for the proposed <br />development of a single-family subdivision by Van Daele Development Corporation, <br />to be incorporated into the City contingent upon recordation by the Local Agency <br />Formation Commission (LAFCO); and (2) introduced an ordinance adding <br />Annexation No. 84 to the Fourth City Council Ward contingent upon recordation by <br />LAFCO; whereupon, Resolution No. 19589 of the City Council of the City of <br />Riverside, Califomia, Ordering the Reorganization to the City of Riverside of That <br />Certain Contiguous Uninhabited Territory Known as "Annexation No. 84-- <br />Jobe/Gless, Generally Located South of Sweetbay Road, West of Coyote Bush Road, <br />North of Van Buren Boulevard, and East of Barton Road" and Designated as <br />"LAFCO No. 99-12-5--Reorganization to Include Concurrent Annexation 84 to the <br />City of Riverside and Detachment from Riverside County Waste Resources <br />Management District," was presented and adopted; and an ordinance entitled, "An <br />Ordinance of the City of Riverside, California, Amending Section 1.12.050 of the <br />Riverside Municipal Code by Adding to the Fourth Ward the Territory Designated as <br />'LAFCO No. 99-12-5--Reorganization to Include Concurrent Annexation 84 to the <br />City of Riverside and Detachment from Riverside County Waste Resources <br />Management District' As of the Effective Date of Such Annexation to the City of <br />Riverside," was presented and introduced. <br /> <br />ANNEXATION NO. 86 (REVISED) - HEROLD RANCH - NORTH SIDE OF <br />JOHN F. KENNEDY WLY. OF WOOD - RESOLUTION - ORD. INTRODUCED <br />The City Council (1) adopted a resolution ordering Annexation No. 86 (Revised)-- <br />Herold Ranch, which includes approximately 116 acres of primarily vacant land <br />situated on the north side of John F. Kennedy Road westerly of Wood Road for the <br />proposed development of a single-family subdivision, to be incorporated into the City <br />contingent upon recordation by the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO); <br />and (2) introduced an ordinance adding Annexation No. 86 to the Fourth City <br />Council Ward contingent upon recordation by LAFCO; whereupon, Resolution No. <br />19590 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, Califomia, Ordering the <br />Reorganization to the City of Riverside of That Certain Contiguous Uninhabited <br />Territory Known as "Annexation No. 86 (Revised)--Herold Ranch, Located on the <br />North Side of John F.
