<br /> 3:00 P.M.--Further hearing was called on the appeal of Paul 3ohnson, J. F. Davidson
<br /> Associates, on behalf of Pueblo T.K.S. Development Corp., from the decisiou of the
<br /> Growth Management A~iministrator in denying their request for a Residential Development
<br /> Permit for the proposed division of approximaEely 35 acres of land into 17 lots situ-
<br /> ated on ~he sourjlwes~erly side of Arlington Avenue between Coolwa~er Drive and
<br /> Crestlawn Memorial Park, Case PS-22-801. The hearing had been continued from Febru-
<br /> ary 24, ~981, a~ the request of the appellant. At the request of the appellant, the
<br /> hearing was further continued to June 2, 1981, at 1:30 p.m.

<br />3:00 P.M.--Hearing was called on the request of Faith Lutheran Church for a revised
<br />conditional use permit to erect a wall sign containing 25~ square feec in area where a
<br />maximum of 12 square feet in area is permit=ed, on property situated on the northeast-
<br />erly side of Jackson S~reet northwesterly of Colorado Avenue, located at 4785 Jackson
<br />'Street, in Zone R-i-65, Zoning Case C-28-612 (R~evised). At the request of a
<br />representative of the Church, the hearing was continued to May 26, 1981, at 3 p.m.

<br />~FEDERAL SUPPORT OF AIRPORTS AND AIRWAYS
<br />:In consideration of the recommendation of Chairman Higdon of the Airport Commission,
<br />~the City Council requested Mayor Brown to send letters on behalf of the Council to
<br />|
<br />,appropriate legislators urging continuation of federal funds for the nation's airports
<br />,and airways.
