Ruth dated February 20, 1981, and an assignment of funds on Passbook <br />'No 03-00-2435 from Orange Belt Federal Savings and Loan in the amount of $8,700, <br />~consisting of $5,800 for faithful performance end $2,900 for labor and materialmen; <br />'and authorize the release of the Instrument of Credit for $2,800 and $1,400 by U. S. <br />~Life Savings and Loan Association for Glyna BlacksEen.
