<br /> Completion was authorized and directed.

<br /> A communication was presented from the Public Works Department relative to improvements
<br /> on Parcel Map 96, Parcel 2 only, located northeast of Harrison Street and southeast of
<br /> Indiana Avenue, recommending that the City Council accept a new agreement from James
<br />,v and Ions J. Ruth dated February 20, 1981, and an assignment of funds on Passbook
<br />'No 03-00-2435 from Orange Belt Federal Savings and Loan in the amount of $8,700,
<br />~consisting of $5,800 for faithful performance end $2,900 for labor and materialmen;
<br />'and authorize the release of the Instrument of Credit for $2,800 and $1,400 by U. S.
<br />~Life Savings and Loan Association for Glyna BlacksEen. The recommendations were
<br />[approved and authorized as submitted.
