<br />l(Parcel Map 15307), the proposed division of approximately 1.87 acres of land into two
<br />lparcels situated on the south side of Campbell Avenue between Tyler Street and Crest
<br />: Avenue, in Zones R-1-65-Rl; whereupon, the recommendation was approved, and the City
<br />:Council extended the final expiration date to September 2d, 1981.

<br />:TIME EXTENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-62-789
<br />:A communication was presented from Robert A. McCarty requesting a six-month time
<br />:extension from March 13, 1981, in which to complete the conditions of approval under
<br />:Zoning Case R-62-789, being approximately one acre of land situated on the northeast-
<br />:erly side of Thirteenth Street beeween Brockton Avenue and Locust Street, being in the
<br />:4100 block of Thirteenth Street. Petition for a zone change was granted on March 13,
<br />: 1979, and this is the first request for a time extension. The Planning Department
<br />lhaving no objection, the time extension was granted to September 13, 1981, as
<br />: reques ted.

<br />:TIME EXTENSION - PARCEL MAP 9461
<br />:A Time Ex.eension Request was presented from RKD Land Company requesting a six-month
<br />:extension of time to complete the off-site improvements required for Parcel Map 9461,
<br />:located on the easterly corner of Harrison and Indiana Avenues; together with a Memo
<br />lfrom the Public Works Department advising that this parcel map was adopted by resolu-
<br />ltion on September 5, 1978; and this is the third request for a time extension. The
<br />:off-site improvements have been started but are not completed, The Department has on
<br />lfile bonds and agreement in a sufficient amount to cover the installation of all
<br />:required off-site improvements, and recommends that the City Council grant a six-
<br />:month extension of time to October 4, 1981; whereupon, the recommendation was approved

<br />:In consideration of the recommendation from the Acting Purchasing Services Manager and
<br />lthe Public Works Department, the bid of G, L. Duperron, dba Duperron Lawn Sprinklers,
<br />:in the amount of $6,890.00, was accepted for furnishing all labor, materials and
<br />:equipment for irrigation rework on Citrus Avenue at Iowa Avenue. All other bids were
<br />lrejected, and the bonds submitted with said rejected bids were released from further
<br />: liability; the City Attorney was requested to prepare the necessary contract; and

<br />lexecution of the contract was authorized and directed upon approval by the City
<br />IAttorney of the required performattce bonds.

<br />:BIDS - BRIDGE RAILING REPAIRS 3 AND 4 - VAN BUREN BOULEVARD AT SANTA ANA RIVER
<br />:In consideration of the recommendation from the Acting Purchasing Services Manager and
<br />:the Public Works Department, the bid of Modern Alloys, Inc., in the amount of
<br />:$4,500.00, was accepted for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for bridge
<br />:railing repairs 3 and 4, Van Buren Boulevard at the Santa Ana River. All other bids
<br />:were rejected, and the bonds submitted with said rejected bids were released from
<br />:further liability; the City Attorney was requested to prepare the necessary contract;
<br />land execution of the contract was authorized and directed upon approval by the City
<br />:Attorney of the required performance bonds.
