OF CHICAGO :A communication was presented from the EnVironmental Protection Commission advising :that, on February 11, 1981, the Commission, by a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, determined :that the grading plan for Tract 8435, a proposal to divide approximately lB acres of :land into 18 single-family lots located southerly of Le Conte Drive and easterly of :Chicago Avenue, would not have a significant adverse environmental effect, providing : certain mitigating measures are met. OF GAGE CANAL IA communication was presented f~om the EnviTonmental Protection Commission advising that, on February 11, 1981, the Commission, by a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, determined that the grading plan for Tract 7924, a proposal to divide approximately 13.5 acres of land into 24 Single-family lots located southerly of Le Conte Drive and northerly of the Gage Canal, would not have a significant adverse environmental effect, providing certain conditions are met, Case EPC-27-B01, The Commission finding was upheld by the City Council.
