<br /> on the easterly side of Hawarden Drive southeasterly of Appian Way in Zones RC and
<br /> R-l-130; whereupon, Che rec~enda~ion was approved, and the City Council extended the
<br /> f~al e~iration date to July 12, 1981.

<br />COMPLETION - REPLACEMENT OF WATER.MAN AVENUE 36-INCH PIPELINE
<br />In consideration of the recommendation from the Board of Public Utilities, the work of
<br />replacement of the Waterman Avenue 36-inch pipeline, by JMK Construction Company, was
<br />accepted as completed; and execution of the Notice of Completion was authorized and
<br />directed.

<br />COMPLETION - FURNISHING & INSTALLING RAUB #6 DEEP WELL TURBINE PFMP
<br />In consideration of the recommendation from the Board of Public Utilities, the work of
<br />furnishing and installing the Raub #6 deep well turbine pump, by McCalla Brothers, was
<br />accepted as completed; and execution of the Notice of Completion was authorized and
<br />directed.

<br /> TIME EXTENSION - ZONING CASE R-10-778
<br />;A Time Extension Request was presented from Jerry Ashley requesting a six-month
<br />,extension of time to complete the off-site improvements required for Zoning Case
<br />[R-10-778, located on Central Avenue westerly of Hillside Avenue; together with a Memo
<br />;from the Public Works Department advising that this zoning case was adopted on June 27,
<br />:1978, and this is the second request for a time extension. All required off-site
<br />,improvements are complete except for completion of grading. The Department has on
<br />~file bonds and agreement in a sufficient amount to cover the installation of all
<br />,required off-site improvements. The Public Works Department recon=eends that the City
<br />,Council grant a time extension to July 27, 1981; whereupon, the recommendation was
<br />approved as submitted.

<br />.TIME EXTENSION - PARCEL MAP 10744
<br />A Time Extension Request was presented from Nicholas Tavaglione requesting a time
<br />'extension to complete the off-site improvements required for Parcel Map 10744, located
<br />on Knob Hill southerly of Sunrise Place; together with a Memo from the Public Works
<br />Department advising =hat this parcel map was adopted on July 18, 1978, and this is the
<br />second request for a time extension. Both on-site and off-site construction has taken
<br />=place but is not complete. The Department has on file bonds and agreement in a suffi-
<br />~cient amount =o cover the inszallation of all required off-site improvements. The
<br />~Public Works Department recommends that the City Council grant a time extension to
<br />~March 31, 1981, retroac=ive =o July 18, 1980; whereupon, the recommendation was
<br />~approved as submitted.

<br />:TIME EXTENSION - TRACT 10853
<br />]A Time Extension Request was presented from Michael Giurbino requesting a twelve-month
<br />~extension of time to complete the off-site improvements required for Tract 10853,
<br />~located on Hawarden Drive northeasterly of Horace Street; together with a Memo from
<br />~the Public Works Department advising that this tract was adopted on February 26, 1980,
<br />~and this is the first request for a time extension. Construction has started but is
<br />~not complete. The Department has on file bonds and agreement in a sufficient amount
<br />~to cover the installation of all required improvements; and recommends that the City
<br />~Council grant a twelve-month extension of time to February 15, 1982; whereupon, the
<br />~recommendation was approved as submitted.
