<br />T!PIE EXTENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-98-767
<br />A communication was presented from Ernest N. Webb, Albert A. Webb Associates, on
<br />behalf of E. L. Yeager Co., requesting a one-year time extension from February 7,
<br />1981, in which to complete the conditions of approval under Zoning Case R-98-767,
<br />being eleven acres of land situated on the northeasterly corner of Central and Chicago
<br />Avenues, located in the 1500 block of Central Avenue and the 5100 and 5200 blocks of
<br />Chicago Avenue. Petition for a zone change was granted on February 7, 1978, and this
<br />is the second reques: for a time extension. The Planning Department having no
<br />objection, the time extension was granted to February 7, 1982, as requested.

<br />TItlE EXTENSION ON CONDITIONS OF A2PROVAi - ZONING CUE R-41-789
<br />A communication was presented from Pedro Monualvo, Presidenu of Montalvo Development
<br />Corp., requesting a one-year time extension from January 9, I98!, in which to complete
<br />the conditions of approval under Zoning Case R-41-789, being approximately 1.01 acres
<br />of land situated on the northwesterly side of Colorado Avenue northeasterly of Van
<br />Burst Boulevard, located at 9251 Colorado Avenue. Petition for a zone change was
<br />granted on January 9, 1979, and this is the first request for a time extension. The
<br />Planning Department having no objection, the time extension was granted to January. 9,
<br />1982, recroactive to january 9, 1981, as requested.

<br />forT. is, being a division of a portion of Lot ~g & 49, SCCA Lands per ~ 7/3, San
<br />Bernardino Co. Records in Sec. 13, T.2 S., R.5 W., S.B.M.; together with the street
<br />and easement dedication as shown thereon; and authorizing the City Clerk to attes~
<br />said ~ap, was presented; and the title having been read, and further reading waived by
<br />the unanimous consent of Councilmembers present, was adopted.

<br />ZONING CASE R-80-789 - Ni'LY. SIDE RUSSELL SELY. OF ORANGE - 30-DAY WAIVER
<br />Concurrent with approval of Parcel Map 15234, Ordinance No. 4867 entitled, "A~
<br />Ordinance of the City of Riverside, California, Amending Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside
<br />Municipal Code by Rezoning Land From Zone R-2 to Zone M-i," Zoning Case R-80-789,
<br />being approximately 6~ acres of land situated on the northeasterly side of Russell
<br />Street southeasterly of Orange Street, located in the 3400 block of Russell Street,
<br />was presented; and the title having been read, and further reading waived by the
<br />unanimous consent of Councilmembers present, was adopted.

<br />A communication was presented from Ed Donholly, Director of Marketing, IN-C0 Company,
<br />requesting waiver of the 30-day waiting period to allow issuance of the building
<br />permit for the property located in ~he 3400 block of Russell Street, situated on the
<br />northeasterly side of Russell Street southeasterly of Orange Street, under Zoning Case
<br />R-80-789; whereupon, approval was given =he request for waiver of the 30-day waiting
<br />period with the understanding that it be placed on the face of the permit that this is
<br />at the owner's own risk until the effective date of Ordinance No. 4867.

<br />A/so concurrent with adoption of Parcel Map L5234, Resolution No. 14290 of the City
<br />Council of the City of Riverside, California, Amending the Land Use Element of the
<br />Riverside General Plan by Deleting Approximately 6.5 Acres of Land Situated on the
<br />Noruheasuerly Side of Russell Street Southeasterly of Orange Street From the Medium
<br />Low Density Residential Land Use Designation and by Placing Such Property in the High
<br />Density Industrial Land Use Designs:ion, Case GP-6-790, was presented; and the title
<br />having been reed, and further reading waived by the unanimous consent of Councilmembersi
<br />present, was adopted.
