<br />,TIME EXTENSION - PARCEL MAP 17159
<br />,A Time Extension Request was presented from Donald Wagner requesting a six-month
<br />,extension of time to complete the off-site improvements required for Parcel Map 17159,
<br />located at the northeasterly corner of La Sierra and Mlnier Avenues; together with a
<br />Memo from the Public Works Department advising that this parcel map was adopted on
<br />June 16, 1981, and this is the first request for a time extension. Some on-site con-
<br />struction has taken place, and off-site improvements are partially installed. The
<br />Department has on file bonds and agreement in a sufficient amount to cover the instal-
<br />lation of all required off-site improvements; and recommends that the City Council
<br />grant the six-month time extension to November 12, 1982, retroactive to May 12, 1982;
<br />whereupon, the recommendation was approved as presented.

<br /> TIME EXTENSION - ZONING CASE R-53-801
<br />A Time Extension Request was presented from Henry Coil, Jr., requesting a four-month
<br />extension of time to complete the off-site improv~nents required for Zoning Case
<br />R-53-801, located at Lemon Street and Prospect Avenue; together with a Memo from the
<br />Public Works Department advising that this zoning case was adopted on August 4, 1981,
<br />and this is the first request for a time extension. Improvements on-site and off-
<br />site are partially complete. The DeparL-ment has on file bonds and agreement in a
<br />sufficient amount to cover the installation of all required off-site improvements; and
<br />recommends that the City Council grant the four-month extension of time to November 24,
<br />~1982; whereupon, the recommendation was approved as presented.

<br />[BID NO. 3423 - DON LORENZI PARK RESTROOM, PARKING LOT AND LANDSCAPING, AND DON 3ONES
<br />[PARK RESTROOM
<br />[In consideration of the recommendation from the Purchasing Services Manager and the
<br />~Park and Recreation Department, the bid of Hefley Bros. Corporation, in the amount of
<br />~S147,496.00 for Bid Schedule III plus Bid Schedule IV (Items 1 through 5), was accepted
<br />~for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the work of constructing Don
<br />[Lorenzi Park restroom, parking lot and landscaping, and Don Jones Park restroom. All
<br />lother bids were rejected, and the bonds submitted with said rejected bids were re-
<br />lleased from further liability; the City Attorney was requested to prepare the necessary
<br />,contract; and execution of the contract was authorized and directed upon approval by
<br />~the City Attorney of the required performance bonds.

<br />,BID NO. 3442 - WHEEL CHAIR RE CONSTRUCTION ALONG VARIOUS BUS ROUTES - HCD PROJECT
<br />In consideration of the recommendation from the Purchasing Services Manager and the
<br />Public Works Department, the bid of Damon Construction Company, in the amount of
<br />$33,215.00 for base bid plus Alternate A, was accepted for furnishing all labor,
<br />materials and equipment for wheel chair ramp construction along various bus routes, an
<br />HCD project. All other bids were rejected, and the bonds submitted with said rejected
<br />bids were released from further liability; the City Attorney was requested to prepare
<br />the necessary contract; and execution of the contract was authorized and directed upon
<br />approval by the City Attorney of the required performance bonds.

<br />BID NO. 3443 - MAGNOLIA AVENUE RELIEF SEWER, NYE TO BANBURY - FUND TRANSFER
<br />In consideration of the recommendation from the Purchasing Services Manager and the
