CONSENT CALENDAR <br />The following items were approved by one motion affirming the actions appropriate to <br />,those items listed on the Consent Calendar and as submitted to the City Council for <br />consideration, with the modification to the ordinance regarding the amendment to the <br />.sewer moratorium. <br /> <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br /> ZONING CASE C-10-612 (REVISED) - BEVERLY ENTERPRISES, WESTERN DIVISION, ET AL. - <br /> 4768 PALM AVENUE <br />A communication was presented from the City Planning Co---ission advising that, on <br />May 20, 1982, the Co-~.ission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to <br />conditions the request of Beverly Enterprises, Western Division, et al., Zoning Case <br />C-10-612 (Revised), for a revised conditional use permit to increase from a 49-bed <br />capacity to a 51-bed capacity at a convalescent hospital (no construction involved) on <br />property situated at the southeasterly corner of Palm Avenue and Pine Street, located <br />at 4768 Palm Avenue, in Zone RO; and determined that the proposal would not have a <br />~significant adverse environmental effect. It was determined that the City Council <br />~would not set the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br />~ZONING CASE C-9-723 (REVISED) - FRED A. AND MARY L. VICK - 5565 VICTORIA AVENUE <br />~A communication was presented from the Ci=y Planning Commission advising that, on <br />~May 20, 1982, the Commission, by a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to <br />~conditions the request of Fred A. and Mary L. Vick, Zoning Case C-9-723 (Revised), for <br />iapproval of a plot plan for an open patio cover proposed to be located on the property <br /> 5 6 <br />,located at 5 5 Victoria Avenue in the Touchstone condominium project, situated on the <br />[southwesterly corner of Central and Victoria Avenues, in Zone R-I-125; and determined <br />[that the proposal would not have a significant adverse environmental effect. Since <br />[the proposed patio is within 75 feet of public right-of-way and is visible from <br />~Victoria Avenue, it requires plot plan approval. It was determined that the City <br />~Council would not set the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br />~ZONING CASE C-22-812 - W. AND C. KONING - 6726 DOOLITTLE AVENUE <br />~A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on <br />]May 20, 1982, the Commission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 1 no, approved subject to condi- <br />,tions the request of W. and C. Koning, Zoning Case C-22-812, for a conditional use <br /> permit to expand a nonconforming use by constructing an addition on a residence at <br />[6726 Doolittle Avenue, situated on the southwesterly side of Doolittle Avenue westerly <br />~of the terminus of Morris Street, in Zone MP; and determined that the proposal would <br />~not have a significant adverse environmental effect.
