CONSENT CALENDAR The following items were approved by one motion affirming the actions appropriate to ,those items listed on the Consent Calendar and as submitted to the City Council for consideration, with the modification to the ordinance regarding the amendment to the .sewer moratorium. CITY PLANNING COMMISSION ZONING CASE C-10-612 (REVISED) - BEVERLY ENTERPRISES, WESTERN DIVISION, ET AL. - 4768 PALM AVENUE A communication was presented from the City Planning Co---ission advising that, on May 20, 1982, the Co-~.ission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to conditions the request of Beverly Enterprises, Western Division, et al., Zoning Case C-10-612 (Revised), for a revised conditional use permit to increase from a 49-bed capacity to a 51-bed capacity at a convalescent hospital (no construction involved) on property situated at the southeasterly corner of Palm Avenue and Pine Street, located at 4768 Palm Avenue, in Zone RO; and determined that the proposal would not have a ~significant adverse environmental effect. It was determined that the City Council ~would not set the matter for public hearing. ~ZONING CASE C-9-723 (REVISED) - FRED A. AND MARY L. VICK - 5565 VICTORIA AVENUE ~A communication was presented from the Ci=y Planning Commission advising that, on ~May 20, 1982, the Commission, by a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to ~conditions the request of Fred A. and Mary L. Vick, Zoning Case C-9-723 (Revised), for iapproval of a plot plan for an open patio cover proposed to be located on the property 5 6 ,located at 5 5 Victoria Avenue in the Touchstone condominium project, situated on the [southwesterly corner of Central and Victoria Avenues, in Zone R-I-125; and determined [that the proposal would not have a significant adverse environmental effect. Since [the proposed patio is within 75 feet of public right-of-way and is visible from ~Victoria Avenue, it requires plot plan approval. It was determined that the City ~Council would not set the matter for public hearing. ~ZONING CASE C-22-812 - W. AND C. KONING - 6726 DOOLITTLE AVENUE ~A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on ]May 20, 1982, the Commission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 1 no, approved subject to condi- ,tions the request of W. and C. Koning, Zoning Case C-22-812, for a conditional use permit to expand a nonconforming use by constructing an addition on a residence at [6726 Doolittle Avenue, situated on the southwesterly side of Doolittle Avenue westerly ~of the terminus of Morris Street, in Zone MP; and determined that the proposal would ~not have a significant adverse environmental effect. It was determined that the City ~Council would not set the matter for public hearing. , iCASE VAC-8-812 - PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY OVER RIVERSIDE WATER COMPANY CANAL - MCKINLEY AND ~NIXON ~A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on ~June 3, 1982, the Commission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to ~conditions a request to vacate an approximately 33-foot-long, lO-foot-wide pedestrian ~walkway over the Riverside Water Company Canal connecting McKinley Avenue with Nixon ~Drive, in Zone R-1-65, Case VAC-8-812.
