<br />A communication was presented from Ernest N. Webb, Albert A. Webb Associates,
<br />~requesting a one-year time extension from June 13, 1982, in which to complete the
<br />~conditions of approval under the remaining portion of Zoning Case R-87-778, being
<br />:property located on Indiana Avenue southwesterly of Tyler Street. Petition for a zone
<br />~change was granted on 3une 13, 1978; permission to split the zoning case was given on
<br />~September 5, 1978, and a portion of the zoning case was finalized on April 17, 1979;
<br />~and this'is the third request for a time extension. The time extension was granted to
<br />=June 13, 1983, as requested.

<br />~A con~nunication was presented from Ernest N. Webb, Albert A. Webb Associates,
<br />=requesting a one-year time extension from June 27, 1982, in which to complete the
<br />~conditions of approval under Zoning Case R-89-778, being about 2,940 square feetof
<br />property situated approximately 130 feet southwesterly of E1 Hijo Street and approxi-
<br />,merely 345 feet northwesterly of Magnolia Avenue. Petifion for a zone change was
<br />~granted on 3une 27, 1978; on December 12, 1978, the City Council approved the request

<br />,of the applicant to shift the zoning boundary between Zones RO and R-I-65 to provide
<br />~for ~equired setback of an existing structure, and the ordinance was reintroduced on
<br />i3anuary 9, 1979; and this is the third request for a time extension. 1"as time

<br />~land situated on the northeasterly corner of Payton and 3urupa Avenues, located in the
<br />:7100 block of Jurupa Avenue. Petition for a zone change was granted on June 5, 1979,
<br />and this is the second request for a time extension. The time extension was granted
<br />to 3une 5, 1983, as requested.

<br />requesting a one-year extension of time from June 12, 1982, in which to complete the

<br />land situated on the southerly side of Arlington Avenue easterly of Madison Street,
<br />located in the 4900 block of Arlington Avenue. Petition for a zone change was granted
<br />ion June 12, 1979, and this is the second request for a time extension. The time
<br />extension was granted to June 12, 1983, as requested.
