<br />from Hay 20, 1982, in which co complete the conditions of approval under Zoning Case
<br />R-91-790, being approximately 2.80 acres of land siCnoted on the southeasterly side of
<br />Indiana Avenue southwesterly of Harrison Street, located ~u the 10000 block of Ind~_~
<br />Avenue. Petition for a zone change was granted on Hay 20, 1980; and this is the first
<br />request for a time extension. The City Council granted the time extension to Hay 20,
<br />1983, as requested.

<br /> In consideration of the recomendation from the Purchasin~ Services Hansget and
<br />Park and Recreation Department, the bid of Ryco Construction, Inc. t in the amount of
<br />$63t000.00 for Bid Schedule III, Item C only (Shamel Park), was accepted for furnishing i
<br />all labor, materials and equipment for construction of Shamel Park additions, an HOD
<br />project, subject to HUD approval. All ocher bids were reJec=nd, and the bonds submit-
<br />'cad with said rejected bids were released from further liability; the OiL7 Attorney
<br />was requested co prepare the necessar~ contract; and execution of the contract was
<br />;authorized and directed upon approval by the Ci~ Attorney of the required performance
<br />:bonds. Further, the bids submitted for all ocher Bid Schedules were rejected, and
<br />bonds submitted with said rejected bids were released from further liability; and

<br />iotherbids were rejected and the bonds sub~LtCed with said rejected bids were re-
<br />leased from further llab~lity; the City Attorney was requested co prepare the necessary
<br />=contract; and execution of the contract was authorized and directed upon approval by
<br />Zthe City Attorne~ of the required performance bonds.
