<br /> requesting a six-month extension o£ time to complete the o~f-stte J~provements required
<br /> for Zoning Case R-25-789, located at .the southerly corner o~ Kidd and Purdy Streets;
<br /> ~ogether with a ~emo from the Public Works Department advising that this zoning case
<br /> was adopted on July 7, ]gaZ, and this is the first request for a t~tne exte~sion. No
<br /> construction has taken place. The Depar~ent has on file bonds and agreement J.~ a
<br /> sufficient amount to cover the installation of all required o~f-site improve~ents; and
<br /> recommends that the City Council grant a six-month time extemsion to November 20,
<br /> ]982; whereupon, the recom~enclation was approved.

<br /> A ~ime ~xtension Request was presented from Sukut Construction, I~c., requesting a
<br /> six-month extension of time to complete the o~-site improvements required for Zon~mg
<br /> Case R-g-790, located at the northeasterly coc~er of Chicago Avenue and Third Street;
<br /> :together with a ~emo from the Public Works Department advising that this zoning case
<br /> :~as adopted on February 3, Zg8Z, and this is the second request for a t~ze extension.
<br /> :Of£-site construction has been started but is not complete. The Department has
<br /> :£ile bonds and agreement in a su~ficient amount to cover the installation of
<br /> :required off-site improvements; and recommends that the City Council grant a six-month
<br /> :~ime extension to October 3, Z9~2; whereupon, the recoa~eEdation was approved.

<br /> :COMPLETION - MAGNOLIA AVENUE BIKEWAY
<br /> ~In consideration of the recow~,endation from the Public Works Department, the
<br /> ~construction of Magnolia Avenue bikeway, from Jurupa Avenue to Fourteenth Street, by
<br /> ~Riverside Construction Company, was accepted as completed; and execution of the Notice
<br /> ~of Completion was authorized and directed.

<br /> ~COMPLETION - VAN BUREN BRIDGE RAILING REPAIR NO. 6
<br /> In consideration of the recommendation from the Public Works Department, the work of
<br /> repairing the bridge railing at Van Buren Boulevard and the Santa Aria River, Repair
<br /> No. 6, by Alcorn Fence Company, was accepted as completed; and execution of the
<br /> Notice of Completion was authorized and directed.

<br /> COMPLETION - TRAFFIC SIGNALS - BUCHANAN AND MAGNOLIA; DONALD AND MAGNOLIA; PIERCE AND
<br /> MAGNOLIA; COCNRANAND LA SIERRA - CONTRACT TE-81-2
<br /> In consideration of the recommendation from the Public Works Department, the work of
<br /> installation of traffic signals and lighting systems at Buchanan and Magnolia Avenues,
<br /> Donald and Magnolia Avenues, Pierce Street and Magnolia Avenue, and Cochran and La
<br /> Sierra Avenues, Contract TE-81-2, by Grissom & 3ohnson, Inc., was accepted as
<br /> ~completed; and execution of the Notice of Completion was authorized and directed.
