<br /> A co~unication was presented from Louise ~derson requesting a one-year time extension
<br /> =o }~y 1, 1983, in which to complete the conditions of approval under Zoning Case
<br /> R-67-789, being two lots with a combined area of approxi~tely .34 acre of land situ-
<br /> ated on the northeasterly side of Adams Street northwesterly of Dia~ Avenue, located
<br /> at 3507 and 3517 Adams Street. Petition for a zone change was granted on b~y 1, 1979,
<br /> and this is =he second request for a time extension. ~e City Council granted the
<br /> time extension to ~y 1, 1983, as requested.
