<br /> FURTHER HEARING - PARCEL MAP 15370 - 5703 ALESSANDRO BOULEVARD - CONTINUED
<br />3:00 P.M.--Further hearing was called on the proposal of A. G. and I. J. Jacobsson,
<br />Parcel Map 15370, to divide 4.08 acres of vacant land into four parcels situated on
<br />the northeasterly side of Alessandro Boulevard southeasterly of 5500 Alessandro Boule-
<br />vard (First Baptist Church), located at 5703 Alessandro Boulevard, in Zone RC. On
<br />March 16, 1982, the City Council indicated its intent to uphold the action of the City
<br />Planning Commission and approve the parcel map subject to all recommende~ conditions,
<br />and the City Attorney was requested to meet with the applicant's engineer to develop
<br />appropriate findings for the granting of necessary variances for consideration by the
<br />City Council on this date. Mr. Ernest N. Webb, Albert A. Webb Associates, representing
<br />~the applicant, requested a continuance of the hearing because of the absence of Mayor
<br />~Brown and Councilman Loveridge. Accordingly, the hearing was continued to April 6,
<br />~1982, at 1:30 p.m.

<br />~APPEAL- GRANTED
<br />~3:00 P.M.--Further hearing was called on the appeal of John M. and Patricia M. Arachi,
<br />Montessori Children's House, et el., and Arlington Christian Church from the decision
<br />;of the City Planning Commission in denying their request for the deletion of
<br />previously-approved conditions regarding parking and access for the proposed division
<br />;of 3.64 acres of land into two parcels situated on the south side of Moblay Avenue
<br />isoutheasterly of Collett Avenue, in Zone R-1-65, Parcel Ma~ 16330 (reconsideration).

<br />iof the necessary notice of negative declaration. No one was present wishing to speak
<br />,on the matter. No protests, written or oral, were presented. The public hearing was
<br />~officially closed, The appeal was granted, and the City Council approved the deletion
<br />~of the previously-approved conditions regarding parking and access to Mobley Avenue
<br />as well as approving the map, subject to the other applicable conditions. It was
<br />determined that the map would not have a significant adverse environmental impact, and
<br />,the. staff report and the environmental assessment were adopted as findings.

<br /> GRANTED - RESOLUTION
<br />3:00 P.M.--Further hearing was called on the appeal of John M. and Patricia M. Arachi,
<br />Montessori Children's House, et el., from the decision of the City Planning Commission
<br />in denying their request for a revised conditional use permit to establish a new
<br />building, operate and maintain a private school and day care center with incidental
<br />on-site parking on property situated on the northwest side of Moblay Avenue southeast-
<br />erly of Collett Avenue, being in the 4100 block of Moblay Avenue, in Zone R-I-65,
<br />Zoning Case C-28-723 (Revised). On February 23, 1982, the hearing was continued to
<br />this date to allow for publication of the necessary notice of negative declaration.
<br />No one was present wishing to speak on the matter. No protests, written or oral, were
<br />~presented. Following a brief discussion, the hearing was officially closed. The
<br />=appeal was granted, and the City Council approved the revised conditional use permit,
<br />=subject to all recommended conditions listed in full in the minutes of the City Plan-
<br />[ning Commission pertaining to this matter; determined that the granting of the revised
<br />=conditional use permit would not have a significant adverse environmental effect; and
<br />=adopted the staff report and the environmental assessment as findings; and Resolution
<br />=No. 14643 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, Rendering Its
<br />~Decision Granting an Application for a Revised Conditional Use Permit, was presented;
<br />~and the title having been read, and further reading waived by the unanimous consent of
<br /> Councilmembers present, was adopted.
