Webb, Albert A. Webb Associates, on <br /> behalf of M & M Properties, requesting a one-year time extension from March 28, 1982, <br /> in which to complete the conditions of approval under Zoning Case R-71-778, being <br /> approximately . 78 acre of land situated on the south side of Arlington Avenue easterly <br /> of Monroe Street, located in the 6800 block of Arlington Avenue. Petition for a zone <br /> change was granted on March 28, 1978, and this is the third request for a time <br /> extension. The City Council granted the time extension to March 28, 1983, as <br /> requested. <br /> <br /> TIME EXTENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-67-790 <br />~A communication was presented from Ernest N. Webb, Albert A. Webb Associates, on <br />%behalf of William Bruno, requesting a one-year time extension from March 25, 1982, in <br />~which to complete the conditions of approval under Zoning Case R-67-790, relating to <br />~approximately 18.81 acres of land situated on the southerly side of Eastridge Avenue <br />~(extended) westerly of Brown Street. Petition for a zone change was granted on <br />~b~rch 25, 1980, and this is the first request for a time extension. The City Council <br />granted the time extension to March 25, 1983, as requested. <br /> <br />.TIME EXTENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-62-790 <br />A co~unication was presented from Ernest N. Webb, Albert A. Webb Associates, <br />requesting a one-year time extension from March 25, 1982, in which to complete the <br />conditions of approval under Zoning Case R-62-790, relating to property located on the <br />northeast side of Harding Street and southwesterly side of Brockton Avenue southeast- <br />erly of Nixon Drive, being portions of the lots at 3539, 3561 and 3573 Harding Street <br />and the lots at 7101, 7115 and 7125 Brockton Avenue. Petition for a zone change was <br />granted on March 25, 1980, and this is the first request for a time extension. The <br />City Council granted the time extension to March 25, 1983, as requested. <br /> <br />PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> TRACT 17488 APPROVAL - OLIVEWOOD SLY. OF BROOKS <br />The Faithful Performance Bond of Allen M. Condon and Margot R. Condon and Alta <br />~Equities, a partnership, as principal, and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, as surety, <br />~in the amount of $13,200; together with the Labor and Materialmen Bond, executed by <br />~the principal and surety as listed above, in the amount of $6,600; together with their <br />~Agreement guaranteeing the completion of streets, curbs, gutters and all other improve- <br />~ments described on the Final [~p of Tract 17488, located on the easterly side of <br />=Olivewood Avenue southerly of Brooks Street, were approved and accepted. <br /> <br />=Resolution No. 14619 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, <br />~Accepting the Official Map of Tract 17488, consisting of three sheets, being a subdivi- <br />~sion of a portion of Brooks Street vacated and of Lots 1 through 26 and Lots A, B, C, <br />=F and portion of Lot E of Tract No. 2545 filed in Book 49, Pages 13 and 14 of Maps, in <br />ithe Office of the County Recorder of Riverside County, California; together with any <br />~variances as to lot area, building area or yard requirements approved by the Planning <br />iConnission; and authorizing the City Clerk to attest said Map, was presented; and the <br />title having been read, and further reading waived by the unanimous consent of <br />Councilmembers present, was adopted. <br /> <br />TIME EXTENSION - PARCEL MAP 96, PARCEL 2 ONLY <br />A Time Extension Request was presented from James and Iona Ruth requesting a 12-month <br />extension of time to complete the off-site improvements required for Parcel Map 96, <br />Parcel 2 only, located on Harrison Street near Indiana Avenue; together with a Memo <br />from the Public Works Department advising that this parcel map was recorded on May 3, <br />1973, and this is the eighth request for a time extension. No off-site development <br />has taken place. The Department has on file bonds and agreement in a sufficient <br />amount to cover the installation of all required off-site improvements; and recommends <br />that the City Council grant a 12-month time extension to February 20, 1983; whereupon, <br />the recommendation was approved. <br /> <br />67-318 <br /> <br /> <br />
