<br />CASE EPC-19-812 - PROPOSED WIDENING OF FOURTEENTH FROM LIME TO LEMON - PROPOSED
<br />ALTERATIONS TO MEDIAN ISLANDS ON FOURTEENT~
<br />A corm~untcation was presented from the Environmental Protection Com=Lission advising
<br />that, on January 13, 1982, the Commission, by a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, determined
<br />that the proposed widening of Fourteenth Street from Lime Street to Lemon Street and
<br />~proposed alterations to median islands located on Fourteenth Street between Lime
<br />~Street and 200 feet easterly of the Riverside Freeway would not have a significant
<br />~adverse environmental effect, Case EPC-19-812. The Commission's finding was upheld by
<br />~the City Council.

<br />~CASE EPC-20-812 - PROPOSED WIDENING OF CHICAGO, NORIll OF MASSACHUSETTS TO SPHUCE
<br />~A communication was presented from the Environmental Protection Commission advising
<br />~that, on January 13, 1982, the Commission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes and 1 absten-
<br />~tion, determined that the proposed widening of Chicago Avenue from 374 feet north of
<br />~}~ssachusetts Avenue to Spruce Street would not have a significant adverse
<br />=environmental effect, Case EPC-20-812. The Commtssion's finding was upheld by the
<br />iCity Council.

<br />[CASE EPC-21-812 - PROPOSED GRADING PLAN, TRACT 8116, LOT 7 - 2275 DAVINCI DRIVE
<br />~A communication was presented from the Environmental Protection Commission advisin8
<br />~that, on January 13, 1982, the Co~ission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes and 1 absten-
<br />:tion, determined that the proposed grading plan for Lot 7 of Tract 8116 situated at
<br />:2275 Da Vinci Drive in Zone RC would not have a significant adverse environmental
<br />reflect, providing certain m/tigating measures are met, Case EPC-21-812. The
<br />'Commission's finding was upheld by the City Council.

<br />CASE EPC-22-812 - PROPOSED GRADING PLAN, TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 17887 - 6410 HAWARDEN
<br />A communication was presented from the Environmental Protection Commission advising
<br />that, on 3anuary 13, 1982, the Commission, by a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, determined
<br />that the proposed grading plan for Tentative Parcel Map 17887, a proposed division of
<br />approximately 14.9 acres of land into four parcels, located southeasterly of Hawarden
<br />Drive and northeasterly of Raeburn Drive, being at 6~10 Hawarden Drive, in Zone RC,
<br />(Hawarden Hills Special Design Area), would not have a significant adverse environ-
<br />mental effect, providing certain mitigating measures are met, Case EPC-22-812. The
<br />Commission's findinE was upheld by the City Council.
